I have gained 17 pounds which means I gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks! Yikes!
Dr. Hamilton said, I was "measuring perfectly" so I assume that means 36 weeks.
My blood pressure was a little elavated today.
I had protein in my urine again.
I was super nauseous this morning and some throughout the day.
She decided that I needed to have some bloodwork done and that I needed to do a urine collection for 24 hours. So starting tomorrow, I will be collecting every ounce of urine for 24 hours and storing it in my refrigerator! Fun!
I guess she is trying to rule out preeclampsia.
I will have an ultrasound next week to check my fluid levels and possibly one every week until the baby comes. Yay, it will be fun to see him again.
She also did my Group B Streph test and checked my cervix. Which was really strange because when I was pregnant with Cannon my doctor never checked my cervix because I will planning to have a c-section. I hope I do not have to have it checked every week. I hear that it gets painful!
Anyway, requesting prayers for bloodwork, lab tests and for Sutton and Mommy!

Praying for you xoxo. You can keep the pee in the fridge or do what we do..we keep the container on ice next to the toilet..fill a plastic bucket with ice and keep the container you have to ahem..fill on it keep the ice icy and replenish when necessary...then Brett won't mistake your pee as his crystal lite ;o) On a lighter note..4lbs in 2 weeks..hmm I can do 4 lbs in 2 days!!
I had to do the urine collection as well. It was a pain and completely gross. I hope your results come back fine!
I'm sorry you're having to do that :-( I hope everything turns out okay and we'll keep praying for y'all. My cousin had bad preclampsia with her first one and they delivered her a month early but everything was fine...she just had to send her hubby out for some premie size clothes but after a few months Ella was the same size as other babies her age. And getting your cervix checked isn't too bad so don't worry about that...no worse than other things Mommies have to endure!!! And I'm with Cheryl on the weight thing...I wish I had only gained that much!!! I still have more than your total gain to lose :-( You're doing awesome!
