Bethany Methodist Church in Summerville does a production of the Living Christmas Story for three days in December each year. We had the pleasure of attending this year! It was amazing. First, we waited in line for at least an hour before entering the gates of Bethleham. Once in we were greeted as "three weary travelers" by a lady and our names were recoreded for the census. As we traveled through the city, we saw vendors selling bread and other goods. People looking for a place to stay, but there was "no room at the inn". We saw a scene with Mary and Joseph and then the manager scene. These scenes were followed by the cross and the site of the resurrection. It was amazing! I am not sure if these pictures truly show the magnitiude of this production. They have been doing it for 14 years so they have it perfected! The "scenes" were so well crafted, we really enjoyed it.

This is Cannon while we were waiting in traffic. We took him in his pajamas.
