Halloween night Brett and I were out trick or treating with Cannon when we walked by one house that had two basset hounds BARKING like crazy in the backyard! I felt so sorry for the neigbors of this particular home for having to listen to this NOISE!
I remember saying to Brett, living next to them would be my personal hell! I HATE listening to dogs bark!
Well, this brings to to the present! Apparently, my next door neighbors either got a new dog or have been hiding a dog for the last 6 weeks because for the past FIVE days I have been awakened as early as 6:30am by a barking, whining, howling DOG! Oh yes! And, then to add insult to injury I have to listen to him BARK all day! He sits on the side of the house next to the master bedroom and howls! I am sure some of you are laughing right now, but let me assure you this is no laughing matter. I am contemplating a "Cheryl Clinton" move. For those of you that do not know what I am referring to, I cannot tell you. You have to ask her!
Today, I made a video of the dog and I plan to load it on here but honestly I have to get one that really shows the depth of my torture before posting it.

You might as well start compiling evidence..and yes now you can understand the pain of it all...it's awful-see how it could drive you to the unthinkable!! HA I feel your pain.. i wondered why ur text was so late :o(
Oh my goodness, this sounds miserable! Can you talk to your neighbor and ask if they can do something about the dog? Maybe they could keep it at the other side of the house? Or if that doesn't work, can you contact the owner to complain? I'm sorry!
But Cheryl, you are going to have to share with the class, I'm so curious!
I had that same situation when we lived in Hawaii. The neighbors kept their dog in a kennel all the time and it barked and cried all day and all night. It sucked for us, but I felt horrible for the dog. I contemplated setting it free, haha! I feel bad for your neighbor's dog too if they keep it out in the cold...poor kimberly and poor puppy! Does it wake up Cannon? Our neighbors play asian disco VERY loud with a disco ball and it wakes the twins up every weekend so I feel your pain!
