We are MOVING, Again!
We are so excited! We are moving! We found a house! It has a large fenced in backyard, screened porch, 4 bedrooms and more! There are some cosemetic issues (such as awful peach walls) but it has lots of space.

House Update II
I just wanted to give you all an update. We got our FIRST EVER offer on the house. It was ridicoulously LOW. So LOW that they did not even give us a written offer because they knew we would decline it. They are basically offering us $12,000 less than our asking price and want $9,000 in closing costs. HA! But it is an offer.
Keep praying for a miracle in Savannah!!

Verdi's Big Adventure

When we were in Myrtle Beach for Labor Day weekend, Mimi, Cannon and I decided to go to Market Common. It is this new, upscale (FINALLY!!) shopping, dining experience. Stores such as White House/Black Market, Shoezz, Chicos, Izzie Bee, etc.
Okay, back to the story. We walked in several stores, had lunch at P.F Chang's (oh, yes, Cheryl!) and then to the chocolate store for a few truffles before we headed to the car. As we were walking to the car I looked down and realized that Verdi was missing! He was no longer sitting in the stroller with Cannon. He had escaped! Mimi and I panicked! We began tracing our steps, went into every store--asking EVERY sales clerk if they had seen Verdi. Back into P.F. Chang's, "Hostess, have you seen Verdi"? Nope. No one had seen him. I was so distraught, knowing that Cannon's beloved Monkey, had fallen out of his stroller and someone KEPT him! We gave up. I debated on what I would tell Anna Kate about Verdi. Would I just replace him with a new Verdi? Would she know?
Defeated, we started walking back to the car. We rounded the corner and I noticed a little old man sitting on a bench and then I saw two cute, little green, striped legs! IT WAS VERDI! He was sitting on the bench with this man. I ran over, "YOU FOUND VERDI!", I exclaimed. He looked at me for a second, and said "Oh, this monkey laid on the ground for a long time before some lady picked him up and sat him beside me. I told her to just leave him laying there on the sidewalk because I was getting a kick out of everyone stopping to take a look at him and then walking around him and staring". Apparently, Verdi entertained, was rescued and then kept a little man company all in 15 minutes!
Praise God, he was rescued!

Crawler
Cannon is officially crawling on his hands and knees with his tummy off the ground! He did it today while "chasing" a bone that his Mimi gave him. He looked like a little puppy.
I guess that means he is finally ready for those cookies I have been feeding him for two weeks! Ha! The back of the box says, "How do you know if your child is ready?" One of the "ways" is that they crawl with their tummies off the ground.
I will try to capture it on video tomorrow for you all to see.

A Bumpy Road
Oh yes, we have a "bumpy" road ahead of us! Cannon is "on-the-go" and unfortunately that comes with bumps and bruises! This week he fell in his crib while standing up, poked his eye with plastic and screamed for 15 minutes in Suncom, and then TODAY he fell off the bed! Notice the bright red line across his forehead from hitting the bedside table.

Dare Devil
I recently posted a video of Cannon crawling. He crawled for probably a day or so and then decided it was to much work and that standing was easier. Here are a few videos of him standing up by himself.
